Warranty

All Solar-Screen-Shades.coms solar shades, cellular shades and panel blinds carry our limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty is for any mechanical failure of components. Should you experience any issues with your shade product we will replace your shade with another of equal or lesser value at no charge for the shade. Freight charges are not included.

This warranty do not include any conditions, cover any losses or damages resulting from (1) abuse, accidents, alterations, misuse, normal wear and tear, motorized devices, exposure to salty air or corrosive materials, water, acts of God, and war (2) the color change that occurs with the passage of time, and/or (3) failure to follow our instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance. This warranty also does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the blind and reinstallation in the same or another window. These warranties do not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear upon the above products.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS, LIABILITIES, OR WARRANTIES. In no event shall Solar-Screen-Shades.com be liable or responsible for INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you
